We’re excited to feature local artisans and small businesses at our upcoming community festival! Priority will be given to vendors offering locally-made, handmade goods. We encourage a variety of products, including art, jewelry, ceramics, and crafts as long as they are created within our community.

All vendors will be invoiced accordingly once selected and confirmed for participation. We ask that all invoices be paid within 7 days of receipt. Participating as a vendor is a commitment to support BLOOM Newport continuing as a free entry festival for the community. While we do understand that schedules change and life happens, we are unable to provide refunds once payments are made.

We ask that all spaces be self contained i.e. all tables, chairs, tents be self- provided. Our spots are not powered, but please let us know if it is a necessity and we will try to fulfill this need.
