BLOOM EVENT VENDOR FAQ

Do you have a weather contingency plan?

Yes- we will move vendors who are affected by adverse weather conditions indoors as well as most of our programming where possible. Food vendors and beer garden will remain outdoors. We do not plan to cancel this event due to weather.

Do you provide refunds if I am unable to make it?

If you are unable  to attend we first ask if you would consider providing your vendor fee as a donation to OCCA community programs. If you are unable to do so- you can contact the Performing Art Center for refund details.

What if I do not like my assigned spot/ neighbor?

Please come see us at the vendor check in/info booth during set up and we would be happy to provide a change of space where possible. You can also email bloomnewport@gmail.com to request a new space. (note not all requests can be accommodated due to space constrictions, but we will do our best)

Can I leave my car onsite?

You are welcome to drive onsite to unload your materials up until 2 pm. ALL vendor parking will be offsite on the street or in our ADA designated parking spaces during the event. Cars are allowed again at event tear down (after 7 pm).

Will there people available to help me set up?

We will have a team of volunteers onsite at the event that will be able to assist with heavy lifting and complex set up needs. Just find one of our friendly event staff at the event and let them know that you need some help.
