We’re looking for food and beverage vendors to join our community festival! We encourage a variety of options, including local and unique offerings that will enhance the festival experience.

BLOOM BLURBS Vendors are responsible for contributing their logo and photos for our "bloom blurbs" on social media. Please attach

All Food & NA Beverage Vendor spots are $35.

Beer Garden Vendors will not be charged this fee due to donated product.

All vendors will be invoiced accordingly once selected and confirmed for participation. We ask that all invoices be paid within 7 days of receipt. Participating as a vendor is a commitment to support BLOOM Newport continuing as a free entry festival for the community. While we do understand that schedules change and life happens, we are unable to provide refunds once payments are made.

We ask that all spaces be self contained i.e. all tables, chairs, tents be self- provided. Our spots are not powered, but please let us know if it is a necessity and we will try to fulfill this need.
